Terms of Service

By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

• Products are made to order and printed through Printify and its production partners. Slight variation in print placement and color is normal and expected for on-demand items.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. We may update prices, descriptions, and availability without notice. Errors in pricing can be corrected and orders cancelled before production begins.
• Imagery on product pages is representative. Mockups may differ slightly from finished prints.

• Orders are confirmed when payment is captured by Stripe. Receipt of a confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; we may decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud or out-of-stock items.
• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided may not be eligible for replacement.

The LIBERTY FOUNDRY brand, designs, photography, and copy are owned by LIBERTY FOUNDRY or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them without written permission.

• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the store.
• Do not place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods.
• We may suspend accounts or refuse orders that violate these terms.

The store and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIBERTY FOUNDRY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LIBERTY FOUNDRY is registered, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
