Privacy Policy

Last updated · June 29, 2026

This page is maintained by LIBERTY FOUNDRY to explain how we handle information collected through this store. It is not legal advice — please review with your own counsel before publishing substantive changes.

1. Information we collect

When you browse or place an order, we collect:

  • Contact & shipping details — name, email, shipping address, and phone number you enter at checkout.
  • Order details — products, sizes, colors, quantities, and totals associated with your purchase.
  • Payment confirmation — Stripe processes your card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay details on our behalf. We receive a confirmation token and the last four digits of the card; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Account & device data — basic log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used to keep the store running and to fight fraud.

2. How we use it

  • To create, fulfill, and ship your order through Printify.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to support requests.
  • To improve the store experience and prevent abuse.
  • To send marketing email only when you opt in (for example, by joining the dispatch newsletter). You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Service providers we share with

We share the minimum information needed to fulfill your order with the following processors:

  • Stripe — payment processing (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • Printify and its print partners — production and shipping of your physical order.
  • Email & hosting providers — to deliver transactional email and host the storefront.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (keeping your cart, securing your session) and to understand aggregate site usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some features (cart, checkout) require them.

5. Data retention

Order records are kept as long as needed to provide service, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your choices

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information.
  • Opt out of marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link.

To make a request, email support@libertyfoundry.store.

7. Children

The store is intended for customers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the store evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Questions? Email support@libertyfoundry.store.
