How fulfillment works

Every LIBERTY FOUNDRY item is produced on demand through Printify's network of print partners. Nothing is printed until you order it, so your total time from checkout to delivery is production time + shipping time.

Production time

Most items go into production within 24 hours and finish in 2–7 business days. Larger items (all-over-print hoodies, pillows, posters) and peak periods (Q4 holidays, launches) can push production toward the top of that range.

Shipping times & rates

  • United States — typically 4–8 business days after production, delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and origin facility.
  • Canada — typically 10–14 business days after production.
  • Europe, UK, Australia & rest of world — typically 10–30 business days after production. Delivery windows depend on the destination country and local carrier.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the item, quantity, and destination.
  • Customs, duties & import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves the production facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan with the carrier.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email support@libertyfoundry.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging, if it was damaged). We will send a free replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Sizing & buyer's remorse

Because every item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering — if you are between sizes on apparel, we recommend sizing up.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking has not updated for 7+ days, or shows the package as lost or returned to sender, email us within 30 days of the last tracking update and we will work with the carrier and our print partner to send a replacement or issue a refund. Orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address you provided at checkout can be reshipped at your expense.

Cancellations & address changes

Because items go into production quickly, cancellations and address changes are only possible before production begins. Email support@libertyfoundry.store as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to catch it in time. Once an item has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or edited.
